Fudge is such a Christmas food in my book! I love it, but really only ever eat it around Christmas time. I have been making different varieties, and thought it would be fun to make “Grinch” Fudge!
Don’t be intimidated by this fudge. No candy thermometer required. This is the easiest recipe ever and only takes a few ingredients.
1-14 ounce can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
3.5-Cups of White Chocolate Chips
2 tsps Vanilla Extract
10-20 drops Green Food Coloring
Put your sweetened condensed milk, chips, and vanilla in a heavy pot on a low heat, and stir until melted.
Stir in food coloring until you reach the desired color.
Line a 9×9 pan with foil, and spray it with cooking spray.
Pour fudge mix into the pan. Sprinkle the green sugar sprinkles over top, and lightly press them into the fudge.
Let set up on the counter, or in fridge.
Cut and share!
